Every Imperatriz order is prepared with precision and dispatched through trusted delivery partners.

Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. A tracking link is issued once the parcel leaves our facility.

Delivery Timeframes
Portugal & Spain: 1–2 business days
European Union: 2–5 business days
International: 5–12 business days, subject to customs clearance

Shipping Fees
Complimentary shipping on all orders.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Updates are provided directly by the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Shipping details must be entered correctly at checkout. Address changes are possible within 24 hours by contacting contact@imperatriz.eu. Once processing begins, no modifications can be made.

Parcels Marked as Delivered
If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, verify with the carrier and local delivery office. Imperatriz cannot replace or refund items confirmed as delivered unless the issue originates on our side.

Customs
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
