Coverage
Imperatriz offers a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
Faulty stitching
Hardware malfunction (zippers, clasps, metal components)
Structural failure not caused by misuse

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Imperatriz will repair or replace the item at no cost.

What Is Not Covered
To preserve clarity and avoid misuse, the warranty does not cover:

Wear and tear from normal use
Scratches, stains, water damage, or marks caused by handling
Leather aging, softening, or changes in texture/color
Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or overloading
Unauthorized repairs or alterations
Loss or theft

Imperatriz handbags are made with natural leather; variations in grain, texture, and patina development are expected and not considered defects.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Email contact@imperatriz.eu with:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos showing the defect

Our team will evaluate the claim and provide the next steps. If the claim is approved, we will coordinate repair or replacement depending on availability and feasibility.

Repair Availability After Warranty
Out-of-warranty repairs may be offered at a cost, depending on the issue and part availability. Not all damages can be repaired.

Limitations
Imperatriz is not responsible for:

Consequential or incidental damages
Costs related to shipping the item to us for evaluation (unless the claim is approved)
Delays caused by logistics, customs, or external events
